ops man. the eyeliner dun seem to be coming off my eyes. =_="
preparing for sch nats.
got 4 targets for my 4 swims.
1. 200m Breaststroke
the record is 2.27.xx. i wanna do 2.27 too. break the record or not, that will be bonus.. but wad matters to me is the timing.. i must improve right? one year and still no improvements..zz. if 2.29 again i wanna crash alr lah.. 2.27 is fav. 2.28 is acceptable. heres the great plan. a sub 1.10 for first hundred. then second hundred would be sub 1.17. so the splits u can expect it to be something like 33-37-38.5-38.5= 2.27. this is the dream of cuz.
2. Medley relay (breaststroke leg)
haha. i hope we can lower the record to at least a high 2.48 again. right? without DQ of cuz. im swimming the breaststroke leg. did a 29.8 that last round. hoping for 29.6 now. ehehe. ive tot thru the strokes. i feel it can be lowered. but wont be swimming the breaststroke for the heats i guess. i wanna rest for the 200m br. ive asked wenjian if he can replace me. i think it shud be np la.
3. 100m breaststroke.
as u all know, my birthday is early of year. so i wont get much chance to break the u17 records soon.. so im taking all the 100m breaststrokes very seriously now. i wanna break it. 1.06.36. been eyeing it for sooo long. ^^. that liu yaoxiang is an idiot. swim so fast for wad..zz
previous swim was 1.06.93. hmm going out on 31.2. this time i wanna go on 30.5. so it will cut 0.7, just wad i need to go below the 1.06.36. it will be intense. and i will try my best lol. only got like 2 more competitions before the end of my u17 chances.
4. freestyle relay.
im not exactly ready to sprint free la.. im a breaststroker u see.. we are weak ^^. but hmm.. with the relay start, i wanna do a 24.4? yup. thats my target. i wont really expect us to break this record.. cuz the average is 24.44, very hard.. i just targeting for a team average of sub 25. yup. thats below 1m40s. tyty.
